The Clouditect: Your Partner in Tech Success
Welcome to The Clouditect blog. I started this company out of a desire to create impactful, high quality solutions for businesses. I've found that companies of all sizes often struggle to make user experience a priority, leaving their customers frustrated and underserved. Bridging this gap through partnership and shared goals is the core of my mission. I'm committed to understanding your unique needs and providing usable technology solutions that are built to work for you, not against you. Further, I believe in the importance of recognizing this same gap in the context of internal customers. Business leaders and individual contributors share many of the same user-centric issues that external customers do. These are some of my favorite problems to solve, as they often provide the greatest value to a business. The creation of value for your business is ultimately my main objective.
These are, in my estimation, worthwhile goals; but they’re a bit high level. You might be thinking “What can a Clouditect actually do for me, and why should I care?” My primary response to this question tends to be “Technical Project Management.” Many of my past employers have not felt the need for dedicated project management professionals. Often, they elected to allow product, engineering and support team members to drive their own projects. While I may well have done my fair share of grumbling about “always doing more with less” over the years, this experience has in fact been a boon to my professional career. This is true to the extent that I now list technical project management as my core marketable skill. All of the hard tech and soft comms skills have just become “the set of skills you expect a highly effective cloud architect and software engineer to have.” That said, if you’ve read this far you’re likely a person who needs to know about those skills in order to assess my ability to actually manage your project. To that end; This bullet list is ordered, roughly, by the years of experience with the skill with the most years at the top. Indented bullets provide some info on the skills and how they fit into the larger context of a Clouditect’s service offerings.

If you’re still with me, I’m honestly impressed. There’s just so much here to get through, here, that you might find yourself skimming the content and barely registering it because it’s all techno-babble and jargon to you. I’ll tell you a secret; It’s not just you. I WROTE this, and even I needed to use an LLM to edit for content and clarity because MY eyes were glazing over. And THAT, friends and prospective clients, is why The Clouditect exists. This stuff is complex and even experts are constantly challenged to keep up with and master a rapidly changing tech landscape. Even if you’re a sole proprietor who just wants a simple online ordering form, an Etsy site, or even a basic web presence, it’s harder than ever to keep up. Even simple vendor selection can be a daunting task in negotiating jargon. Cost estimation along has ballooned in complexity many-fold with the spread of usage based subscription services.
For many folks, a subscription to vendor that provides a turnkey solution and a relationship with a managed service provider to help them operate it is enough. For many more, those solutions aren’t the right fit. Maybe they’re ready to grow into a new CRM vendor, or they want direct control over their customer data outside of managed solutions. Maybe they are facing a mountain of new information that they don’t have the time to process and understand before making impactful choices. These are the exact cases where a Clouditect serves you best. They’ve solved countless variations of the problems business are faced with, in environments ranging from no and low tech through high tech software businesses. They are focused on understanding the business needs of the org, the requirements for solving them, the relative priorities as well as the resources available. They incorporate all of these data points in order to provide sound, actionable, usable, trusted solutions. In short, A Clouditect provides peace of mind and world class customer service while delivering the greatest possible value for your time and money. In my personal life, I believe that few things are as valuable as high quality service. Our motto is “Success; Simplified.” The Clouditect aims to live this creed in every interaction; We provide service that exceeds your expectations of value and utility.
This is the core of what a relationship with a Clouditect does for you.
